I have been spending a few days on the computer working out the legs and the dates for the voyage from Oban, north to the Orkney's and then south & home. This passage plan I have circulated widely to Friends, Family and fellow sailors hoping a few would like to join in the fun. Within minutes of sending out the email, Dave H and Peter H had contacted me.
Dave H phoned from his gite in France asking to join Calviere II for the first leg from Oban to Stornoway.
Peter H is to join me from Whitby to Great Yarmouth.
This morning the postman delivered the charts for Isle of Mull to the Isle of Lewis. I have booked an apartment in Oban during March so I can prepare Calviere II for the journey.
